納期について

特別注文品および在庫のない既製品につきましては、発注数量により、納期が1か月から最長6か月程度かかる場合がございます。既製品は少量ではございますが随時入荷しており、入荷情報はX（旧Twitter）にてお知らせしております。

お客さまにはご不便をおかけし大変恐縮ではございますが、特別注文品・既製品のご注文は、納期に余裕をもってご検討いただけますと幸いです。

To customers contacting us by fax

Recently, we have had customers contact us claiming that their faxes were sent to the wrong address, or that they placed orders despite not receiving the fax.

We confirm receipt of faxes by email, but there are many cases where the fax is not received.

If you contact us by fax, we will usually contact you by phone within a day or two (excluding our holidays).
If you have not received a response from us, please contact us by phone to confirm that your fax has arrived.
