We will manufacture food samples from one piece according to your menu.
And when ordering made-to-order products, the cooperation of our customers is indispensable. By communicating closely with our staff, you can bring out the deliciousness even more.

About delivery date

It takes about 1 to 2 months from order confirmation to delivery. However, it may change depending on the order details and time. Please note that.
* We strongly recommend that you allow sufficient time for delivery when ordering custom-made products.
* When orders are concentrated or from August to February, our shop is busy, and delivery may be delayed.

About payment

It is a lump sum payment in yen.
In addition to the transfer fee, a remittance fee of 2,500 yen will be charged for each transfer (when the transfer amount is 5 million yen or less) . This is also at the customer's expense.
* If the bank used for the transfer does not have the "Mizuho Bank Yen Account" of our bank.
Since it passes through a relay bank, a relay commission (transfer fee) between banks may be incurred. Please check if the customer can transfer money directly to Mizuho Corporate Bank. If you go through a relay bank, please transfer the amount of the relay commission (transfer fee) added to the total amount.

About quotation

Please prepare the following items for the customer and send the following items by e-mail first.
● Photo image (menu, catalog, photo taken by yourself, etc.) An angle taken from directly above, right beside, and at an angle of 45 degrees ● Cooking name ● List of dishes or ingredients used ● Diameter of the bowl , The inner dimensions of the lunch box, the height of the glass, etc. (It is even better if you know the size of the dish, the height of the serving, etc.)
● Order quantity ● Customer contact information ● Shipping address

<Notes on quotation>

* We cannot provide an estimate for the weight of meat and seafood. Please contact us with the total length, height, thickness, etc.
* Please contact us for quotations other than cooking.
* For 3 or more quotes for the same project, the quote price (¥ 15000 + consumption tax) will be charged for each quote from the 3rd time.
* If the order is canceled, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the container (shipping fee + packing fee).
* We may consider whether it is possible to make a sample after obtaining the consent of the customer at the time of quotation. Therefore, if your order is canceled, we will charge the customer for the cost of the quotation (sample production fee, purchased items, etc.).

Items to be prepared by the customer for production

● Genuine dishes (please prepare multiple dishes , preferably for molding and for color samples.)
* To make custom-made food samples, silicon is applied to the genuine food that we have received and the mold is taken. Therefore, please note that if the shape is broken, it will appear as a mold as it is.

<How to prepare real food>
・ Customers bring real food to our shop.
・ At a rental kitchen in Japan, customers prepare real dishes using Japanese ingredients and bring them to our shop.
・ Produced only with photos. (However, no claim, no return & no cancellation)

Precautions for production

* The size cannot be changed, modified or canceled after production. Please prepare multiple real products with good shape and ideal color of the product to be manufactured.
・ Since raw foods and sweets are very delicate foods that change color over time, in addition to the actual color samples, we also offer pre-catalogs, printed out items, developed photographs, and other items with good color transfer. I would appreciate it if you could.
・ Sheets such as cellophane for protecting food dough such as cakes from drying may cause deformation such as shape loss when removing the sheets, so leave them as they are as much as possible without using sheets. Please prepare.
* If you cannot prepare the actual product, we may make a prototype here upon request. However, if you do not receive detailed instructions in writing, we will charge all the costs for prototype production regardless of the reason such as the prototype design does not meet your request.

* After the start of prototype production, we will charge the prototype production fee, molding price, and product price each time for corrections, design changes, etc. of parts not specified by the customer.
* We will charge the prototype production fee, molding price, and product price each time the design is changed after the prototype is manufactured.

* If specified at the time of quotation, a product sample will be created. However, the fee for making the sample will be charged separately even if the order is cancelled.

* If the contents are changed due to the customer's convenience after the order is confirmed, a separate quotation will be provided. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations of products that have already been produced. We will charge you for the production.

* Customers are required to prepare a vessel when ordering. We always try not to damage or stain it, but in rare cases it may be damaged during heat treatment of raw materials or manufacturing process.
We do not guarantee the vessels we keep, so please let us know in advance if you have a vessel that is easily damaged, dirty, deformed, etc., or if you prepare an expensive vessel.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Specifications that were not specified at the time of ordering cannot be changed. Please let us know your request before production.
In addition, we cannot cancel, return or refund after placing an order.
