At the main store showroom in Asakusa, Tokyo, we talk about food samples, jobs and occupations.

It takes about 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes, but if you are an enthusiastic student, the scheduled time may be exceeded, so please let us know the available time as well. I hope you will come to the store in the morning when it is relatively free. However, we also sell it, so please be aware that we will give priority to customers who come to the store for shopping.

・ Friday is a regular holiday and cannot be handled.
・ Since the number of visitors will increase from the afternoon, we will only respond in the morning.
・ Please refrain from applying as we will not be able to talk within the scheduled stay time of 30 minutes.
・ If you only come to the store for shopping, you do not need to apply. Please feel free to visit us.
・ For business reasons, please be sure to contact us even if you come to the store or cancel.
If you do not contact us, we may refuse the tour even if you come on the day. Also, please be sure to contact us even if it is late due to traffic conditions on the day.
・ Basic questions are specified on our website. Please instruct the students to visit the website in advance so that there will be no duplicate questions on the day.

Reservation date and cancellation
・We cannot accommodate requests on days when we have prior engagements such as business meetings, on our regular Friday holidays, on the 23rd to 27th of each month, or on days when our store is temporarily closed.
・To make a reservation, please fax us the designated form. Once we have confirmed the details, we will fax you a quotation.
・Payment must be made in cash at the cash register on the day.
・If there is a cancellation or change in the number of people, please write "cancellation" or "change" on the fax form you applied for and, in the case of cancellation, a brief "reason" and send it by fax. We cannot accept phone calls or other contact with our shop to prevent any discrepancies.
However, this does not apply if your company or our company decides to cancel the tour due to bad weather on the day of the tour (typhoon, heavy rain, snowfall, strong winds, etc.).
Cancellation fee is 0% up to 7 days before the tour date, 50% up to 3 days before, 80% up to the day before, and 100% on the day.
In the event of cancellation, we will charge you a cancellation fee. Please transfer the fee promptly to the bank account designated by our store.

About application method
1. First of all, please make a tentative reservation by phone.
2. After printing out the application form and filling in the details, please apply by fax at least one month before the scheduled visit date. At a later date, we will reply to you by fax. This is the final reservation.
3. Please contact us by phone for final confirmation one week before the tour date.
* If you apply for multiple groups, please be sure to send the application form for each group.
* We will send you a resume by e-mail about one week before the scheduled visit date. When applying, please include your e-mail address.
* If you do not fax the application form one month before the scheduled visit date, your reservation will be cancelled.

Food samples are now mostly hand-made in PVC.
Since we use dangerous chemicals such as thinner and machines that generate high heat for manufacturing, we are currently visiting the manufacturing department due to damage to the body or clothes during the tour and experience, and problems with this equipment. You cannot experience manufacturing.
